GiH Regulatory Update Webinar 17 January 2024

On 17 January 2024, Gaming in Holland hosted a Regulatory Update Webinar. Justin Franssen, partner at the Gaming & Gambling practice group of Kalff Katz & Franssen, was one of the speakers.

During the webinar, Justin spoke about, among other things, the new addiction prevention and anti-money laundering rules for licensed remote gaming operators, as published by the Netherlands Gambling Authority and the Minister for Legal Protection at the end of 2023.
