Franssen Tolboom at SIGMA Malta 2024

From November 11 to 14, 2024, the Gaming & Gambling Team of Franssen & Tolboom Advocaten will be attending one of Europe's largest gaming conferences, the SiGMA Europe Summit 2024 in Malta.

As every year, there have been plenty of developments to discuss, including the implementation of the new Regulation Gambling Limits (Regeling Speellimieten) and the renewed Responsible Gambling Policy Rule (Beleidsregel Verantwoord Spelen 2024). Additionally, an increase in the Gambling Tax is expected on 1 January 2025.

We also recommend attending the interactive panel “Panel - Shaping the Future of Player Protection and a Potential Post-Advertising Ban in Northern Europe” on Tuesday, November 12, at 11:30 AM. Justin Franssen will be one of the speakers on this panel.
